22s are pretty finicky. Not even Glock can work around that. I imagine the 44 will like a particular ammo. CCI minimags seem to be the champion of 22 LR reliability per internet lore.
One of the heritage rough rider .22's that you can get for $100 solves the ammo issue.
As soon as you get into .22 subsonic w/ a can you open a whole new slew of problems.
Ruger mark III w/ spectre II and CZ rimfire cans:
Feeds all supers that I've tried no issues. Prefers american eagle suppressor ammo.
The CCI Quiets will not cycle, but are stupid quiet.
