I kinda wish i was that good.... but i think i know the price you have to pay.

First real job out of college, i was sales tech support. Then they found out i could do the job. And i was traveling tech support for all the companies big clients. Last month i worked there, November, i was gone 4 weeks of the month.
Meh, I like what I do (most of the time), so it's not really a "job" ..... (most of the time). ;)

Yeah, there will be sucky times of the year when I know I'll be out for weeks or a month +, miss some holidays, etc, but luckily my wife was also an airline station mgr and knows the drill, we adjust accordingly, but it's not without its relationship trials & tribulations.

I made certain intentional choices early on, knowing how they would affect my career path, I'm now getting to the point where I am where I want to be after 25yrs .... not saying I'm proud of some decisions, but I am who I am.

I remember when this thread used to be all about Kalashnikov patterned weapons.

Now we are all traveling gurus that replace our own water heaters and attempt to locate the water pump on anything mechanical

Wish the stones cover was in better shape.
That's one I've lost along the years and my old one was mint in plastic.
I hate thieving dirt bags/ex-wifes friends

Off to the record store today to dump 500 or so albums for more vepr $'s

Found about 100 keepers, several $50+ ones

Record store?

Isn't that like selling your gun collection to a pawn shop?

Not at all.
I've sold them records since they've been in business and they pay better than standing at a flea market getting low-balled all day on records that are already $1 each.

eBay is best and I pulled all the $10 and up records to sell there.
Kept all the good stuff I grew up on and my kid plays on guitar
