Draco is a good starter AK pistol. U have a full size Draco, mini and micro. Step up from that is a stamped Polish WBP pistol, then milled Bulgarian Arsenal, then Israeli Galil pistol.

I owned both Draco pistol and WBP parts rifles, and WBP is on par with Arsenal stamped guns, in my opinion. If you are going to have one, go with WBP.
Both will shoot the same. WBP will be better finished, will have a better barrel (but both will be cold hammer forged and chrome lined. WBP is more likely to be concentric).

That isn't actually a terrible price. That Geissele trigger pack is the #1 upgrade and worth about $300+. The other upgrades are negligible. Maybe see if he'll do $1200ish haha.
