So I've never finished the garage, partly bc of the water damage I needed to repair. Now we are selling the house. The garage was 80% finished. Easier to finish it out than to strip it and paint it neutral. New owners gonna get a BADASS garage.
Black receptacles with stainless diamond plate switch plates, painted floor with texture chips, 2 tone with a red stripe and all the vintage signage. Damn.
Honestly too, if the rollaway doesn't sell and the buyer is a gearhead, I can use it as a bargaining tool. Turn-key garage.
