I love this pic. If you cut the feet off you can pull the legs through (like taking off a shirt pants) when skinning.
1.) cut off feet
2.) pull skin up on back and cut 2 inch or so slit
3.) stick in two fingers from both hands and pull till only head and tail ain't skinned, about 2 seconds of pulling/skinning
4.) cut off head and tail, gut, cook eat.
Just a little advice from a man who grew up eating limb chicken......squirrel for
