This poor lady is a single mom, terminated her lease agreement and had the U-Haul loaded with all her stuff the day were were supposed to close in the beginning of October. So she had to rush and find a storage unit and then move in with family.

I cannot fathom her frustration through this whole process. This is her first home purchase and I'm going to do everything I can to turn this into a positive experience for her and her son.
