Nope. Bought one for $30 a long time back when a guy brought it into a gun shop I was a regular at - he was asking to sell it, then when they were not interested he asked if they'd cut it up for him. He just didn't want it around., he wasn't a gun guy. After I tried it out I understood his distaste for it.
