I have both. Vepr. Easy. Will be more accurate than Saiga. Until I got Galil, Vepr was my favorite AK.
Slant back Vepr will be cheaper than Vepr FM.
I really like Vepr FM folder, but not everyvidy does. If I were to have just 1 Vepr, and FM was out of reach, I would get a slantcut and put CNC Warrrior folder on it.

Traveling over 200 miles of West Texas on 20 last week was an eye-opener. For the last few years it's been a traffic jam - so many trucks and oilfield runners it was like driving through Florida traffic. Thursday it looked like post-apocalyptic wasteland.
I hope crap settles down after the election, I feel like we're on the brink of some change, good or bad.

Believe it or not, this is my wife's. We bought it in 2017, it is 100% new from the diesel tank to the radiator. (we have more in this than her 2018 Civic Si and my F350 combined!) - We camp in it, it's been to the Florida Keys to Yellowstone. It's getting a 6" lift and 4wd kit before the end of the year.
