    Research: Your Favorite Cans

You know, if we all got together for a shoot, I bet we would have a hell of a lot of stuff people could check out. I'd still like to hear some side by side comparisons of different hosts/cans/ammo. I know there's meter data, but I'd like to hear it for myself... probably can't tell a hell of a...

Nice pistol! I think you did quite well.

    ZQ1 308?

Y'all stay out of Macon! (for lots of reasons)

    Public toilets?

Somebody needs to let the presidential candidates know- they're spending all their cash for nothing.

    ZQ1 308?

Dang- at fifty cents a round, I'm going to have to try it out.

Is lock picking a skill worth learning?

And yet that one was enough. Been there- not on a safe, but I've learned some companies really believe one bolt is enough.

    Public toilets?

That looks Evil. However I've never met the 12 gauge round that I'd like to stand in front of

Is lock picking a skill worth learning?

Damn- I've been doing it wrong. The first and third on the right are what I've been using.

Is lock picking a skill worth learning?

Ha... yeah. Wife's got the bar license, but I'm not sure she's got enough criminal experience to help me much... or maybe she's just interested in having the bed to herself. I hope she remembers I do most all of the cooking around here. :)

Is lock picking a skill worth learning?

I fully agree. Opening just one wrong door/car would be serious trouble. Like the long term kind of serious trouble.

Is lock picking a skill worth learning?

That is basically how I got started. It's a great feeling when the first one just slides open... And then you go around you house buying better locks than those damn Kwik Set locks- those things are no better than a hook on a screen door.

Is lock picking a skill worth learning?

I like it- going to have to find one of those. A small set of picks will open most of needs to be opened. Again, I don't have any real training, but I've found that the pointed pick and the one with the upward bend are all I need so far. An air jack is on my list of things to buy also- wife...

Is lock picking a skill worth learning?

Definitely worth learning. Frankly, I have used just one pick profile to open almost everything I've run across that needed to be opened. I've opened the door locks on my truck (which was a pain in the ass compared to the house dead bolts). I've unlocked an old Master padlock at Mom's house...

40mm chalk rounds may now be considered "high explosives"

Holy Shit!! We've got to get all the chalk out of every grade school immediately! Think of the children!

Finishing an 80% lower on a drill press

Errr... it's an "awesome" 1970s Craftsman floor stand with a new motor. Got it with the rest of an old fellow's workshop tools when he listed them in the local Credit Union Bulletin. He wasn't quitting wood working- he upgraded everything. However it is all steel and was a beast to move to my...

Finishing an 80% lower on a drill press

I just wanted to do it- fun little weekend project. Certainly not cost effective, but I can say that I've finished one now. And it's still sitting in a box- never even put any parts in that lower.

School me on Load Bearing / MOLLE vests

For some reason that didn't occur to me- seems like it would work fine.

School me on Load Bearing / MOLLE vests

Yep. Learned a lot talking to him after some of the classes he's done. I have laid down on mag pouches just to see what I'd be dealing with on the chest rig- yeah. Not the way I'd like to spend time while keeping my head down. Running through a 3 gun, probably ok for a short stage. But I...

School me on Load Bearing / MOLLE vests

Like it- keep in mind I have no experience with such things. Best I can do is some WWII web belts with suspenders. I'm wondering how those straps affect shouldering a rifle. Seems like that could take some getting used to. I've also heard some things from a friend that has done a couple of...
