Sorry to see that- but if it's any help, I just learned not to buy a holster with an integral kydex clip. I'm sure you could drill into that one and add a clip to it. Maybe more trouble than it's worth.

10/22 "proven" trigger pack in a 9mm carbine... what could go wrong? :) I'm mostly kidding, but it seems like some good old field testing always turns up one or two problems. Sometimes big problems, sometimes little things like firing when dropped. No biggie-

I already have two PCCs in 9mm... I really enjoy shooting them in the gun club's bowling pin matches and just plinking in general. 9mm is cheap to reload, which is one reason it's a dominate caliber in my little world. And shooting subs through a can is a lot of fun ;)

Or cut it from XS or XXS pipe sections... I don't have any idea how standard pipe or HSS lines up with handguard dimensions- never had a need to check it out before. Although I will say that there's no way making your own handguard is going to save any money.

Damn... good info to know. I bought a couple of "hex" mags that may be Troy manufacture... not sure. I should go check mags later tonight. I only really keep an eye on the handful of aluminum mags that I keep close to a rifle.

People throw away bad rounds at the range all the time... and all the trash all gets burned in an old metal 55 gallon drum. Sometimes it pops and crackles a little.

As cheap as 9mm ammo is, I would not chance it. Now, a few little blueish/green spots on the brass, probably ok... anything that looks like thinned brass- trash, immediately into the trash.

I'll have to check them out- I'm not in the market for any more cans, but the technology sure looks interesting. I've also come to the conclusion that when shooting .308 (standard velocity and .223/5.56 for that matter), a few decibels difference between different manufacturers is meaningless...

What the heck have I missed? This flow-through and over-the-barrel mounting... I remember back in my day when you just screwed the can on the end of the barrel.
