    Yes. That's the right way to do it. I only quenched the blade, none of the handle. However, the handle got too hard to drill. Lol.... too hard to drill.

    Yep. These are dewalt cobalt bits. Stepping from 1/8" up to size. And the drill press is set at 380 RPM- lowest setting.

    Good news, the knives are hard. Bad news is a brand new cobalt bit won't drill them.

    Eh, i probably had it bent to a 30 degree angle. Trying to get the last tiny bit of curve out of the end.
