Grinding a little

First Christmas eve in a long time that I'm not putting toys together.

We could discuss quail recipes... a friend gave me several birds from a hunt.

Well, don't start yet. I think all the handles on my first ones were too small to be comfortable. Excluding the chopper and tanto. Batch 2 (the ones i cut out this past weekend) are much better.
