Well, number 2 didn't do as well. Tip broke on the 2nd or 3rd stab. Chop test passed with no blade damage, but not quite as sharp as the first one after chopping. Will mostly still shave paper, but with some tearing. Possibly because i swang it a lot more because my arm is freaking worn out.

No blade damage, no hot spots on my hand, still shaves paper... @Axeman I think this one will handle your steaks!

Yeah, I'd have to see what the aftermarket parts look like and if they're available. I want to be able to dress my gun up like a lego set. Actually, my mossy 590 is bone stock. That's my go to shotty.

Waiting for epoxy to dry. I decided to go ahead and try out this red liner material to see how it works, even though this is a beater knife. The grinds aren't very even, the plunge lines don't exactly match, but i think the steel is good to go. Guess we'll see.
