Best to stick it in a 5 gallon bucket!
Brine consists of:
4 - 64oz jugs of cranberry juice of choice
2c of salt (2 1/2 kosher)
3c Bourbon of choice
1/2c peppercorns
5 gartic cloves

I scale it down to about 25% for one turkey breast (about 8 pounds)

I don't know what an sks M is, or why its worth 550. I know I come off as a genius and all, but y'all gotta remember I'm new to these bad boys. I did however offhandedly increase mag value for @3clicks_Off the other day, so I'm getting there....
