You know, like if someone called in sick. So of course on your day off, you wound up working anyway. Driving a forklift and loading tractor trailers by hand for Frito Lay. I hate that company. Love their chips. But I've been putting off shoulder surgery for 20 years now from working there.

I've heard they are better now but when I worked for them from 1993-2000, they were hell. 1 minute up to 4 hours late counted the same so if you overslept, wasn't any need to rush. If you remember the kid who got killed on 247 in 1997, I worked with him. Tears me up a bit still. He was running late so he jumped on his motorcycle to try and not be late bc of that policy. Cost him his life. His wife was cheating on him and was an owl shift 911 dispatcher...she came home late bc of that and he couldn't leave for work by he was watching the baby until she came home.
