I had some cheap tequila and I threw some cinnamon sticks in it the other day just for shits and giggles.
Half a glass of tequila. Half simple syrup. A good splash of lemon juice. Poured it all into a sealed bottle, dropped in 2 egg whites. Closed the bottle and shook the hell out of it. I know, I don't have a cocktail shaker. Strained it through a funnel with some ice into a glass. Damn that shit was good!
