I bet it will. There is quite of adjustment in both the length and width of the vest. I've seen the large fit on guys 6 foot 2-3 inches and 230 or so, no issues.

SIZING:
Small vest will fit 8.75" x 11.75" hard plate - Chest measurement range 32" - 38"
Medium vest will fit 10" x 12.5" hard plate - Chest measurement range 38" - 46"
Large vest will fit 10.25" x 13.75" hard plate - Chest measurement range 44"- 52"
X-Large vest will fit 11" x 14" hard plate - Chest measurement range 54"- 60
