Made my day Trig!! She isn't a ton of fun at the range...but look how much better you feel about using her if you needed to! Kudos man. ;)

Hey Trigger...are you still using the original extractor, guide rod, and springs...or have you replaced some of those parts during that awesome round count? Just curious. :)

Elsies extractor failed at 864 rounds.....Had to send her back to Ruger for repair... :'(

They replaced the extractor, guide rod, springs, and barrel.... :p

So at 1759 rounds total Elsie is performing ok...Makes me wonder if Elsie will do it again...:-\

I'm at about 500 now and she is a champ! Put 50 through her last week after months of not shooting her. Still holding 5" at about 25'. Good enough for me!

Have just over 2500 rds thru my LCP.. I have changed the guide rod and springs twice so far...everything else seems to be holding up..there is some very minor noticeable wear on the barrel where the guide rod fits, and a little wear on the slide. Still shoots nice, cycles clean .

Craig....My Elsie was born Oct 13 2009....I forgot to buy her ammo on her 4th birthday and she aint happy.... :eek:

I gotta make it up to her some how..... :-\

Yep..Work on that gift Trig. My son Nate just gave me 300 rounds of .380 All about 5-6 years old...but shoots great.

I got Elsie out to the range today... :)

It was 71 degrees and sunshine here in Athens Ga.... 8)

She spit out 50 rounds of American Eagle and didn't miss a lick..... 8) 8) 8)

New total is 1809..... :D
