Agreed. My model 36 has Badger combat grips that really help. For .22 the original + Tyler work fine and the trigger pull/feel are the same.

This little lady followed me home awhile ago. S&W Model 34-1. Really fun to shoot and helps with the shooting mechanics for my Model 36 snub in .38 Special. Same look and feel but no recoil. It is helping me with getting rid of that dreaded flinch.

Nice! You will have fun with that K frame. There are a couple S&W forums with lots of info. If you want to pay the money for a letter ($50), Roy Jinks at S&W can look it up and tell you its original configuration and where/when it was sent from the factory.

For me it is probably a .45 cal, flintlock, Pennsylvania rifle that my Dad and I built from pieces and parts and a chunk of curly maple. Mostly it is the memories of all the work. Dad's been gone a while now and it seems to grow more special each year.

Exactly. I am least comfortable carrying the 1911 since it is a heavy brute and fairly new to the collection. It works well with an OWB holster. Have to buy some larger waistband pants to carry IWB. I guess I could lose some weight and not buy new pants... (Unlikely) :D

You are right Doug. It works in cargo pants but not well in jeans/light pants.

I pocket carry my XDsc 9mm frequently. It is also a fun range gun.

I have the LCP and carry it every day. My son-in-law has the TCP and carries it daily too. We have both shot each other's pistol at the range, side by side. They both shoot about the same. Long trigger pull (as designed), trigger finger sting, very snappy, accuracy OK out to about 10 yards, no...

Here is my old Weihrauch HW55 from the early 70s. It is still a great shooter up to 25 yards.
