    Bolt Action .308

Much appreciated. Still limited to the same Square Deal press I've had for 10years. Been holding on to most of my quality brass though as I know the days or rifle reloading are ahead!!

    Bolt Action .308

That's what the government does. Spend more than it needs to! I got decent results in my SCAR17 with 168FGMM, but shaved .25 MOA when I switched to 175 FGMM or M118. Groups are down to .5-.75 @100 depending in the day I'm having. Amazing accuracy IMO for a rifle so short and light. CBC's...

What Kind Of Holster Do You Use For Concealed Carry?

I'm not saying it's good or bad, just my initial thoughts. I believe in a holster to fit the purpose, so if it fits your needs roll with it. My brain functions a bit differently. I look at it as.... I carry my firearm everyday for the "what if" scenario and figure if I assume that if/when...

What Kind Of Holster Do You Use For Concealed Carry?

Having never handled a Sticky Holster in person...my first thoughts were how would it hold in place if running were required and how would the holster perform if a physical confrontation ended up with both you and the other guy on the ground.....? Anyone else having those thoughts?

What Kind Of Holster Do You Use For Concealed Carry?

I run either a Comp-Tac C-Tac IWB or a my own brand (TSD) appendix. It's usually dependent on how I am dressing for the occasion. During the winter months I sometimes use a TSD Lo-Pro OWB. Slim and small enough to wear with any type of jacket and still disappear. Pic of the Lo-Pro attached...

Best Bipods That Are Compatible With Keymod Rails?

In my opinion the best bipod on the market is the Atlas. I have two and the are bulletproof in every way. That said, I don't believe they make a keymod direct connect version. Best bet is add a section of rail to your foreend and attach the bipod to it.

    Ar15 Accessories?

Bravo Company MOD 4 charging handle Ambi safety Those two are a must in my opinion. I also run a Magpul BAD lever and Geissele trigger in all of mine, but understandable if you don't. A JP reduced power spring set from Brownells is a cheap way to improve a mil-spec trigger. I'm into AR's...

    Defensive Shooting Drills

Very true! I tried to edit but apparently you only have a certain amount of time to edit a post...? Maybe an Admin can verify that....David?

Ar15 Pistols....do They Really Make Sense?

Ed, what arm brace is that?

    Defensive Shooting Drills

Defensive drills are an absolute must if you carry a weapon on a regular basis. On top of reload drills, malfunction drills, and drawing from concealment (all on the move) I do a few others. 1. Lateral step and draw 3-5 rounds as fast as accurately possible and finish 1 round in the occular...

    Shotgun Advice

I've shot limited sporting clays, mostly a trap guy. I love my O/U. The thing I've discovered is barrel length will be a huge impact on how fast you can swing a shotgun. My 32" Citori is great for trap but doesn't swing for crap when it comes to sporting clays. I know several guys that love the...

    Bolt Action .308

I only ever ran brass case. I've shot plenty of steel case through my AR's, but always wanted max precision out of my bolt guns, which meant no steel case. That said, Hornady's 75gr TAP Training ammo is steel case with the same bullet as the regular TAP round. Most accurate steel case I've...

Ar15 Pistols....do They Really Make Sense?

I love it, a blast to shoot too! I get my biggest use when traveling. The ability to bring an AR in and out of a hotel without much notice is great. Other than that...it would come in handy if I had to walk it home from a ways out. Did I mention it is a blast! It now sports an Aimpoint...

What Type Of Ammo Do You Use In Your Edc?

If you haven't seen them, watch Colin Noir's "People who carry....." Set of videos. Pokes fun at the personalities of a 9mm, .40, and .45ACP carrier. Worth watching!

What Type Of Ammo Do You Use In Your Edc?

I run Hornady 135gr Critical Duty 9mm. Will likely switch to Federal HST when I swap it out. Here is one if the best ballistics studies I've ever seen. Featured it on my company Facebook page a while back. Luckygunner.com did an outstanding job...
