    Pump Shotguns

Found it! It was called the FN TPS (Tactical Police Shotgun). I didn't care for the collapsible stock or the PG, but liked everything else.

The SLP is still offered with high sights. The pump is not, but they ain't hard to find used.

    Pump Shotguns

I don't know if they still offer them, but the FN SLP (semi-auto) and their pump action both used to be available with AR-style sights that were quite high. You could get a co-witness with those and the right RDS. The pump action is basically an updated Win1300, so good gun. The SLP is an...

    Pump Shotguns

Nothing wrong with an RDS on a shotgun. I had a Docter RDS on my Benelli M2. I'm currently running the above Rem870 and an old, HK-marked Benelli M1. Hopefully I'll have an older model Ithaca 37 as well. Currently, none of them have an RDS, but I ain't against it. I went to a training...

GSP had the Benelli Nova for a very short time. Had too many issues with it and dumped them.

    Pump Shotguns

The Win1300 is a good gun, as is the newer version made by FN.

I'd have to cut a few inches off the back of the forend on the IAC. Why would a clone of the 870, intended for defensive use, have a copy of a hunting forend on it? There are reasons the Police model has a shorter forend than the hunting models.

    Flash Hider Installation

I may have one, but I wouldn't be able to check until I'm back home......around the middle of the week. Or do what I do; I can't justify the shipping on so cheap a part, so I buy a bunch of PMags and such, and a t-shirt!

    Pump Shotguns

Yes......yes it can! Of course, you have to buy the parts. When I was an Assistant Patrol Leader/Point Man doing jungle patrols in the Philippines, my issue weapon was a 20" Rem870 with bayonet lug attachment. I was toting that when I got into my first gunfight, I've had a soft spot to the...

    Pump Shotguns

I ran a combat shotgun class a while back. Had a fairly wide array of shotguns present in the hands of the students. Had 2 Mossberg 500's; both ceased to work during the warm-up drills that started the day. Major feeding issues. One of the guys borrowed my old HK-marked Benelli M1, and the...

    Pump Shotguns

Find a shop that has police trade-ins and pick up a used Police model Rem870. Ed's in Stockbridge usually has some. Second choice would be a Mossberg 590 or 590A1. I can't recommend the 500 shotgun......seen too many issues with extended/heavy use.

    Flash Hider Installation

You should have standard 5/8x24 threads, so, like karlvv said, one for a .308 AR should work.

    What's it Worth?

Georgia Arms had plenty of supersonic .300Blk in stock a week ago. New brass, .300Blk head stamp, 125grn Nosler Ballistic Tip. My buddy uses the same bullet in a handload for his .300Blk's for deer and hogs........swears by it.

Anybody looking for a $1,700-$4,800 revolver?

    I like my Colt's, S&W's and Ruger's as well........still want a Korth!

    AR Triggers

I'm the opposite. I prefer 2-stage on my carbines and battle rifles and single-stage on my precision guns.

    AR Triggers

Yes, the Larue MBT is 2-stage.

    9mm snake shot?

I doubt that it would. The .45ACP snakeshot loads wouldn't cycle any handgun I tried them in. I used the .38/.357 loads instead and carried a revolver. Eventually, I quit doing that and carried a .22LR handgun instead. You don't have to get near as close with that as you do with the...

    What's it Worth?

Dixie Ammo Dump in Hoschton has plenty of supersonic .300Blk in stock. Last time I was up there, they had 11 loads total, most of which were supersonics. They do online sales and ship, or you can call them directly. All that ammo may not be on their site. 706-654-5614
