I can get a little bit of a discount on a 20Moa Nightforce base, if ya want one. I should have a good set of rings that will work, unless you just wanna buy a set at the same time.

For precision work I would recommend a Picatinny-spec 20MOA rail from Nightforce, TPS, Badger Ordnance, or Seekins Precision. For rings, same manufacturer. I may have a base and/or rings in the shop to fit your rifle and scope. I'll check when I get home.

I've got plenty of students that run stock, or mostly stock, Rem700's in .308 out to 1,000yds with no issues whatsoever. Good shooting sticks, they're what I recommend to most of my students.

I have a DRD Tactical CDR-15 with both 5.56 and .300Blk barrels. Both are 16" with carbine length gas system. So far, all I've fired out of the .300 are 125grn NBT handloads, setup for a deer rifle for my daughter.
