Usually Midway or PA will put it on sale at holidays if you can hold off till Sept for Labor Day if I see it go on sale I'll try to forward it they can be pricey

Did you look at the vltor a5 setup since you will run suppressed it may be a better buffer

Ohh yeah I like the rustic 527. Lightweight and pack a punch 6.5G. Very nice. I would've liked to have seen irons too but hey scope that rifle and knock down anything from yote up to an elk in North America with it.

Hey @Gober13 I haven't shot or heard the AAC mini 4 so I'm no help with that one. I run SiCo 556K and like it. It's hearing safe. There are a few guys here that run IA Grunt that could chime in on it though. Link to IA Grunt

I don't think this is the first didn't Remington buy AAC awhile back. Hopefully work continues the same for Gemtech now they just have more $ and resources for research and development and S&W now can push the HPA harder.
