Any one know much about home defense and shotguns? Good idea or bad idea? its just myself in my apartment, but I do have neighbors and all that so I do have to worry about going through walls.

For handguns I'd say Magnum Research For an AR15 i've only shot a few but the Colt AR was pretty nice. Shotguns I've only shot a few Remingtons.

I've used this stuff in the past. It wasn't really impressive but didn't disappoint either. I don't think its anything fancy, if it was laying around and I needed my guns cleaned I'd probably use it. But other wise, I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it.

i see these things at gun shows a lot lately but they are like 150 for a 6" plate. Are they really worth that much or can I get a plate of steel and have my own cut for cheaper?

Sounds like you may want to try again at a further distance like 100 feet or so to see how it goes. 45 feet is pretty close for a carbine i would think, but it should also be pretty accurate no matter the distance. If you're still 12 inches high, then its time to adjust the sights, or see if...

Anyone have the full updated list of states that Ohio currently has reciprocity with? I'm going to be traveling in a few weeks and would like to know where I am covered at and where I'll have to properly store my handgun when traveling.

Never shot any steel cased myself, hear a lot of bad things about the stuff and don't have the time or energy to research it.

I use freedom munitions myself for target ammo. I usually buy their remans or if im lucky enough I can get their blemish stock from time to time for super cheap stuff. Trust me no one cares what the ammo going down range looks like, long as it goes.

Anyone know anything about the future plans for the next generation of glock guns? I like the gen4 but was wondering if I should wait before i buy another new one?

I see people all the time with some scopes and red dots on their hand guns. Just wondering if anyone here has tried it and how it worked out, I usually just stick to the iron sights myself.
