    I doubt it. The states govern their own trust laws. Messing with state law on such a petty issue would get the feds into a losing legal battle. They know it, and that's why it wasn't provided for in 41F.

    It does not matter at all who pays for or with what kind of funds the NFA weapon is purchased with. Same for the tax stamp.

    A trust does not have to own tangible property in order to exist. Most trust attorneys, including myself, have the settlor grant $10, or some other nominal amount. This is a formality so the trust technically owns property.
