This is the email I got today and i have responded Again with the same info they asked for when i sent the complaint the first time:

- First and Last Name
- Order number (if applicable)
- SKU number (if you have it)
- Item(s) being returned
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Valid email address
- Return address (the item will be returned to the address you provide, with a signature requirement)
- Phone Number
Once this information is received, we will generate an electronic UPS return label for you to print and attach to the package to be shipped back to us.
