Long as you have mags you should be good. I got an Adams Arms piston upper to keep the corrosive salts out of the gas system.
Never really shot it for accuracy, more of a blaster back when 5.45 was 10cent/rd.

After looking closer at this 10/63 today, looks like the bayo lug is ground off? Da fuck? Also as expected I’ve run into some mag issues. Both my Drum magS won’t fit Chinese and a Romanian. Is that normal for these fucky mag wells? Is it against the rules to file down the area by the mag release?
