Ok so I got this far with my build and I hope no one is upset that it took me this long.
The Rivets went fast and Spot Welding the Rails in was a Breeze.
Was a PITA getting the Barrel back in but all is well.

Yes the holes for the trigger and hammer are heat treated and the Rail with the Ejector is Heat treated.

Also if you tried to heat treat a whole flat it will warp so you only do the areas that are stressed.
I have Thousands of rounds through several that I built this way and not a single issue.
