I use the Dillon D-Terminator electronic scale. It works. I use Dillon for all my reloading needs.

I use both digital and balance beam. I generally weigh a half-dozen charges on both to make sure that I am dead on. Then I just check every 20th round with the digital. The reason for checking is that the weight of the powder in the measure tower changes as you reduce the amount. Not too much difference, but can change over a few hundred rounds. When loading .380 or even 9 mm, the powder charges are already so small that any error is noticeable.
