slow negative pullup between each set, ranged from ~2 seconds on the final before failure up to 45 seconds

I can barely walk, and I don't remember how many times through the circuit today.

Warmup:
1 mile run @ 7:30 pace
1000m row at 1000cal/hr pace
Lunges
100 air squats

Circuit 1: (went through at least 5 times)
10 push press with 100lbs
20 push-ups
650lb sled push

Circuit 2:
Low rows
10x push-ups
10x ab roller
5 pull ups

Light day.
9 drop sets Bradford press (I'm focusing on shoulders lately)
And an hour of Krav Maga. If you leave that Krav class not drenched, you did something wrong, we get pretty intense.

Yeah, but it's up there. Running in an absolute monsoon, and trails across swollen creeks with the gang is a hell of a lot of fun.
