Moving to Lindale. Once they stop the demolition and start rebuilding my floors, beams, etc.
If you know any good plumbers or handy men, let me know. I get a lot of we will come out, then crickets.
I haven’t tried the New Orleans bead approach yet. Not my style.

Looking to have it completely replaced once the floor is rebuilt. Well, after the I-beams are fine, the sub flooring reinstalled, then the floors.
The former owners let the crawlspace continually flood and the hvac condenser drain into it. After ten years, even the fungus was fine with the boards and beams. They were completely saturated and a handy Andy had cut 2/3 through those that weren’t with his artful plumbing.
Just had the gutters replaced to remove his plumbers pipe gutters. No kidding.

The plumber would need to reply me most of the crawlspace. I’m upgrading to pex where the old pvc is cracking. Also replacing a 50yo cast iron pipe to the septic. Since I’m having trouble finding people to go that far, recommendations are welcome. Otherwise I’m stuck w Mr Plumber.
Or New Orleans bead tricks. Not sure I’m willing or that it would get me far.
