did a few that ended up being 19rd mags in the beginning of my adventure
AKM left, 74 Plum right
I slotted the entire back of a mag body so I could mark and number round counts. I forgot I did all this stuff, it's all in a box somewhere
Light from a good flashlight makes a Russian Plum glow and you can see where everything is. Makes them easy to chop
I decided today that I would pass. It’s not Sheetrock over Sheetrock, it’s sloppy patching. Really sloppy patching, but I factored in full removal and rehanging of Sheetrock on top of everything else the house needed. Actually, I stopped when I hit 50k in repairs and that was based on $50/hr for labor. There’s an identical house 2 blocks away that was completely renovated (and beautiful) that sold for 10k less than asking on this just a few months ago. If you just hired out all the work, you’d probably be looking at 75-80 to get it in the same shape and I doubt the seller would take an offer based on that figure.
