    I don't know... that's pretty dang rustic for 10G's... i mean, if it's your style, go for it. After the price crosses about $4k for a table, it had better have a bitchin glass slick finish over some damn fine wood, or at least really nice veneer.

    Reminds me of a good friend's VW bug. He built a high dollar motor for it. It ended up in some guy's shop for something... mechanic swapped the crank/rods/ pistons for stock parts.

    I hate Ebay. Make darn sure what he tries to return is exactly what you sent him. Who the hell checks boards for resistor colors? Did he check all the caps and diodes too? I think I'd have to ask for a clear picture and read the colors myself.

    I one knew a home inspector that rode a Harley everywhere. Like every inspection. I joked that he couldn't fit a level on that bike. He replied that he didn't need a level most of the time because he kept a marble in his pocket.

    ENT follow up today went well... last visit left with "you'll need surgery again". Today doc said to come back in 4 months.

    I bought a loaf of take and bake bread to go with dinner... between the check out and my kitchen, it disappeared. I even went back out to check the car again. And checked the refrigerator, because i have put stupid things in there before when i put up groceries.

    Dry stacked concrete blocks... then fill the cells with packed gravel. Once some roots get going in the gravel, it's locked in.

    It does look really good. Wife has been talking new counter tops for awhile now. It started with replacing the cooktop... and turned into cooktop+new counters.
