I get non-ffl items at work too. Boxes arrive just like they left the factory. But deliveries at home, UPS beats the fuck out of them, crushes them or rips big holes in them.

My package requires a signature, so something's probably wrong like the box is broken into & the driver is trying to avoid responsibility, make 3 'attempts' at delivery, then I have to drive into town and pick up the box at UPS.
