Rice wine is almost done Fermenting (20 Gallons of it LMAO). Then off to Distill it and take all the nasty water out of the wine and make Whiskey.

Also Experimenting with Distilling some rice wine i made. Gonna make a Rice Whiskey. Will let you guys know how it comes out.

Also look into Champaign yeast or at least a wine yeast, as these work best for mead. I use Lalvin Dried Yeast EC #1118
