I still don’t see the appeal of the 19x

Any reliability issues? I know there weren’t major changes to the mechanics of the Gen 5 but changes can have unintended consequences.

Do any of y’all have a Gen 5 glock. I love my M&P but I’m a glock guy at heart and I am trying to decide if I want to get one of the Gen 5s or keep the M&P before I start dumping money into the M&P. If you have one, how do you like it?

Didn’t stop apple. Not saying that they will, but if changing the mount allows them to make a better optic they may do it.

I agree, just pointing it out. The only problem I could see is if Trijicon changes the mounting of the RMRs.

I meant more that if you have it milled for a RMR then you can only use an RMR. Not that it’s a problem since it’s the nicest option.

Milled is the way to go, but you are stuck with that optic which is the only downside. The MOS gives you the option to change optics. Eventually I plan to get my M&P milled though.

looking around I came across the Nikon Black line of optics. I remember hearing that they were supposed to be a slightly higher end lineup and the prices seem pretty good but I don’t know a lot about optics admittedly. Anyone have any experience or opinions? @Laufen @cmshoot @Red Dawn

I’ve held one and it felt really well balanced, but it was a SBR. I have no idea how it feels with a 16” barrel.

More power to you, I try not to tell folks how to spend their money. I just think there are so many options for unique guns that don’t have the downsides of the PS90. The Kriss is a really cool gun too, it’s on my list of guns I want to shoot sometime. You should definitely look at the 9mm...

Im just throwing out my personal opinion. Factoring in the above comment, I would not get the PS90. I say this for a few reasons. First, I like the idea of something unique to pass down, the problem I see is eventually FN may stop making gun in 5.7 which will lead to really hard and expensive...

I would but mine is pinned and I don’t feel like be a felon. I do need to make a point to clean the flash hider on mine though, I never really think about it much.

Agood cleaning and lube would be my first step.

I would like to see something similar to an Aimpoint PRO, follow me on this. I understand they don’t build things to hit a particular price point and that quality is most important, which is great. But a 1-?x that is of good quality and maybe slightly more affordable for the LE or HD market...

I’m with you. I would never buy a gun based off the opinion of someone I don’t know well. Like I trust the guys on here, and have bought things based off y’alls recomendations. But YouTube videos for me are for getting information that often isn’t found on a manufacturers website.

I don’t disagree, I guess I always assume that the bigger channels are being compensated in some fashion and keep that in mind. I still believe that they are honest regardless if they are being paid or not.
