I run a Winchester model 70 black Shadow in .270 as my primary rifle. It's got a cheaper bushnell scope on it but, most places I hunt are under 100yrs and closer to 25-50. I love that rifle. I also have a Winchester featherweight .308 that I've hunted with once. Being as its my nicest rifle...

Blade tech one a co-worker got me at bladeshow. MedEx one because I'm an EMT and thought it was funny. Thin blue line because my dad is a Sheriff and I love this country. Double Tap because it's just bad ass. I love the PVC ones over the vinyl one but they aren't as cheap.

Ruger 10/22 Stoeger O/U 12ga Both were my first guns given to me by my dad. 1980's Winchester Model 70 .308 featherweight ....given as a Xmas present from my mom's BF....nicest firearm I own...never going anywhere.

The barrel is Melonite treated. I'm not sure about the receiver. I don't think it lists it.

Check out the edc or fatty maxpedition pouches. I have the edc one.

.22 because you can carry a couple thousand rds and still be light on weight. It's also gonna be more quiet(wont draw attention or scare prey as easily).
