Need something to hold a few writing utensils, multitool, small knife, chemlights and a small rite-in-rain.

Id like something that I cwould rig up to a belt on occasion as well

i have this 5.11 when I want to carry an iPad, and it also lets me carry a handgun off-body. Maxpedition makes a version of it.
