I've always thought you added the item to the trust once it's approved and transferred. Adding it to the trust means the trust "owns" it. You can't own it until it's been or ready to be transferred. But I'm no expert- or even a novice.

My experience with RIA is to handle every one they have in the case. I've picked up one that's a rattle trap and the next was was fit fairly well (at least the slide to frame fit).

I get that- my invested money wasn't an issue- it's the savings account for having cash on hand. Currently it generates about $100 per year, so it's not really doing much at all in the savings account with no negative interest.

Love the Pine Mtn Trail- the Dowdel's Knob loop is tough. Lot of elevation change. I prefer the loop at the end of the trail. Start at the radio tower and take the loop around. Not as much elevation change as Dowdel's (or however you spell it) and a lot of water around the trail. I thought...

I remember thinking my rear night sights had gone completely dark. Nope- but dust and dirt had completely covered over the tubes.

But at the same time, it puts a hell of a lot of fun into blowing up a mountain side.

Interesting- basically a scaled down refrigerator. I'd kind of like to see something done off of an ammonia refrigeration cycle- that can run on a very small flame and would probably be much better than the solar power option. After all, sometimes you get thirsty at night too.
