    AFAIK, it would have to have been FA manufactured & owned pre-1986 NFA gun control act or an FFL 07/Class 2 SOT holder to do it now. But I'm certainly no expert in these matters. I'm just an old guy wishing I could get to sleep.

    Now that I think about it, you might be able to get a Type 07 FFL & a Class 2 SOT from the ATF & then be a manufacturer with NFA status but I have no clue what that entails or costs.

    When our niece & nephew each had kids, I was the primary babysitter. (Their dad was not much into kids & Suz was limited with her health.) I was always happy to do it & at no charge. One rule---parents have no say in what I teach them to do or say.
