Got it all together. Saved a few ounces, added 3" of barrel and only increased OAL by ~1.5"......all thanks to getting rid of that damn KX3. The balance feels much nicer now. Just have to wait for My MRO and rear sight to get here.

How far through do the taper pins need to go on this sucker. They're not wanting to go much past just shy of flush on the left side. They're in there pretty good, just not sure If I should try to smack em in a little further since there's a few mm sticking out on the right.
