Recipe Best Way to Cook Ribs?

Was just discussing this with my coworker who does a metric crap-ton of Bbq competitions (I've posted pics of his smoker and preps in the past). He suggests the following for a green egg application - all of the following is predicated on the fact that a green egg is more like a convection...

    Flashlight talk

5.11 has been hit or miss with me. I have 2 (both free with purchase). The XBT A6 ( http://www.511tactical.com/xbt-a6-flashlight.html ) had an end-cap issue that if you tightened it all the way down, it would sometimes cut out. I sent a polite email to 5.11 thanking them for them free light...

The TLR series is pretty decent and affordable, I dig my TLR-3 for pistol use due to size and weight http://www.streamlight.com/products/product-series/tactical-gun-mount

    Flashlight talk

Only have 2 StreamLight products, both weapon lights; haven't tried any of their torches yet. I've been tempted, but most of their offerings for EDC lights are pretty low in lumens. My original & very first "high end" light was a Surefire LX2 Lumamax, at the time 200 Lumens was unheard of for...

Flashlight review: Olight S30R III 1050 lumens

Yessir, stocked on batts, as a matter of fact, I ordered some new "Eastshine" 3.7V/3500mAh batts with the Olight order. Normally I just run the Panasonic NCR18650B 3.6v 18650/3400mAh batts, but wasn't sure if they would work in the Olight. Good thing I ordered the Eastshines as the included...

I just want an HK45 with the same trigger I have in my USP tactical.

Flashlight review: Olight S30R III 1050 lumens

I like the looks of the PL-Mini, looks much smaller than the StreamLight TLR-2 and TLR-4 I have, but at 400 lumens, thats starting to get to a point where I'm not sure I want that bright of a light on my bump-in-the-night gun.

Flashlight review: Olight S30R III 1050 lumens

I'm always on the hunt for my next high power "EDC" flashlight, enter the Olight S30R baton III as my most recent trial. (Stock image from the web as purchased) The major points: 1. They claim 1050 lumen 2. 1" shorter, body is 0.25" smaller in circumference and its 1oz lighter than standard...

"After just a few short months spent holding the title of the world's hottest pepper, Dragon's Breath — the UK-based chili pepper clocking in at 2.48 million Scoville units — has officially been bested by...
