    Holographic Red Dot Sight

Let's assume that it doesn't actually use holographic imaging as defined in L3s patent.....and we'll assume that the reticle is sufficiently different. Take a Dremel buffing wheel to the trademarked name and logo....boom, instantly becomes a 'clone'

    Holographic Red Dot Sight

Eotech holds a patent on the reticle as well as holographic aiming technology in a multitude of forms. This isn't a 'copy' it's a counterfeit, albeit a piss poor one, and it's sale or transfer constitutes a federal crime.

How much pot would it take to kill a horse? The estimates for lethal toxicity in humans are ridiculous.....1200+mg thc per kg body weight. You'd have to smoke a literal ton of weed in a very short period of time to have a shot at OD'ing. I think you'd be better off just trying to crush the...

I'm a fan of isopure protein. They aren't as heavy as a lot of the premade protein drinks out there, and they actually taste decent. The bodyspace app is pretty good for tracking lifting. It has a huge database of exercises and lets you filter by equipment, muscle group, and, to some extent...

And don't forget nutrition. 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass is considered a standard. You may not need that much, but a little extra isn't going to hurt anything.

I usually do something of a circuit. Today, I added on the felt raise as an afterthought, so that was done all in one go. ~today= 4-5 sets of 5 reps, building up Done on machine fly then ez bar curl Drop 'sets' of 5 then 10 then 20 (It's OK if a drop requires multiple sets, just hit the reps)...

The new dive strap showed up today. It's long as fuck, which is nice. A lot of bands and straps these days are made for the 'modern millennial twink' or some such shit and, as a result, don't fit if your wrist is over 7.25". I'm hoping to get it on tonight...

Anyone who says that any one style is bad, likely has no clue what they're talking about. As long as your form isn't terrible, it all has uses. With the extremely high rep stuff, there is a minimal risk of rhabdomyolysis, but that tends to present in vegetarians in vegans more than in normal...

Crafter blue has a fairly good reputation. They aren't Rubber B or Everest, but they're a solid product.

The workout was a double down drop set. I.e. I did a few sets, building up to a comfortable 5 rep set. Them, each time I drop weight, I double the reps, regardless of the number of sets. For instance, the last weight on low row was 80lbs at 160 reps and it took 14 sets to hit the reps.
