    Ruger LC.380!

I would really be interested to hear or find out how much difference there is in felt recoil between LC380 and LC9.

    Overall cartridge length

I respect my guns. I respect my powder. I respect my primers. I fear the big kaboom. I am very careful reloading, which is why I asked the tolerance question. As a relatively new reloader two of the more surprising things I have learned is how important and precise the "dead air space" is...

    The REAL threat..

I have made my last compromise on gun control. I don't want to sound like a nutcase, but for crying out loud, enough is enough.

    Overall cartridge length

Exactly right Denny. I don't think anybody gave an overall length, because as you indicated the recipe (my word) will be different based on powder used, bullet, etc. I was more curious in regards to how exacting the measurement needed to be. Skip said he liked to stay within a tolerance of .005...

    Overall cartridge length

Thanks. That helps. I will definitely go digital on the calipers. I don't see some of those tiny lines quite as well as I used to.

    Overall cartridge length

So how close should I be on overall length. Would my Lyman manual show a range of tolerance?

    Overall cartridge length

Sounds good. I may look at Lowes tomorrow. I am sure they will be higher, but I have a gift card from there. :)

    Overall cartridge length

Although I have reloaded .380 and 9 mm, at this time I only reload .45 acp. One of the many measurements that seems to be critical to reloading is the overall cartridge length. My questions are; How accurate does this need to be? Should I use calipers to measure? Should I use one of those...

Try this at your local JC Penny!

I get his point......I guess. And sometimes I applaud the rebel. But I can't really see a rational human being going through the thought process that ended up with: Step 4. Strap on AR and handgun and go into store. :o

While it is well within his rights to do this, I don't think the youngster realizes how easy it would be for him to get shot. Then when the shooter said I was in fear for my life, in today's climate of the evil AR who wouldn't believe them? And there he would lay without a single round fired.

    Hog hunters

I am itching to try hog hunting. I know I should not wish for this, but I do wish we had wild hogs in Indiana.

It seems like a really good way to feel a gun at the base of your neck.

I will bet anything the last gal in the video is a shooter or married to a shooter. She clearly understands the whole picture.

5 hurt in shootings at gun shows in Ohio, Ind., NC

Only takes a one second little mistake to hear a bang when you didn't expect it. As for the range, I feel blessed to have a shooting range right outside my back door. If you look 100 yards straight north of the my wife's lovely gazeebo you will see a very large pile of dirt with a bunch of metal...

    Panic buy?

I would like to panic buy some CCI .22 rounds, but can't find them. Otherwise, I have resisted the urge.
