I did not know that Taurus made a flip up barrel handgun. I bet that is a good bit less money than the Barettas with the tip up barrel.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow gun nuts. This is my favorite holiday. Sandwiched between Halloween and Christmas, we have not found a way to commercialize and ruin it. Just a day to be thankful for how blessed we are and to spend time with our family.

I think the next year for me will see a Ruger Mini 14 with Hogue stock and a small frame 1911. I have not made up my mind on which small frame 1911 yet. I also plan to avoid holding any AK style guns or .22's of any kind. They have a tendency of following me home.

I agree. They do look sleek. That is a perfect description. My brother in law has carried Kahrs for a long time and would not carry anything else. Sleek for easy out of pocket draw and a better trigger than Rugers are his reasons. He's a believer.

Thanks for posting your thoughts on the LC9. I have not had mine long enough to have the total trust factor down yet. I like it so far though.
