I had two experienced shooters try the XDe today. Neither one had every heard of the gun and both commented that it was like shooting a really skinny USP Compact. We all agreed it needed a slight rear sight adjustment to the right. It centered up nicely with only a slight drift. We all shot 1-2" low at 7 yards but adjusted the vertical sight picture and held nice tight groups. The gun is consistent, smooth and reliable. For defensive purposes she's good to go. If this was my only defensive handgun I could master it easily. However, I need it to be more sight-picture compatible with my HK's.I think I need some sight options to correct vertical POI vs POA.

I went and fondled one of those and kinda liked it. I may take a chance on one as a summer carry option when my HK45C is just too big.
