I'll agree to a degree (lolz) but I'm not going with a full 100%. There is credible evidence, but it's been heavily politicized for personal gain no doubt.

Don't give the damn politicians the idea. They are always clamoring for new and exciting ways to give stuff to people for make-believe slights and butthurts.
