Oh yeah 07/2017 they finalized the deal. Smith and Wesson wanted in the game and Gemtech wanted more support I guess.
Wonder if they plan on Military and LE contracts for suppressed pistols and one stamp suppressed SBR. I bet SiCo thought their Max would’ve gotten those type contracts like for SWAT but that didn’t happen.
I’m curious to see what they are up to now
