It's the best I've found.
They have a bunch of programs you can do or you can just choose your own exercises and set numbers.

Not as many reps as normal, but I went a little repair happy at 405 on the rack pull and was pretty spent after that.
I'll have to get a pic of my quads when I get home, I bet they're bruised as fuck.
