Rack pulls and rope pull downs yesterday....my legs are bruised as fuck .
Ran the half marathon in Arkansas Saturday. Freaking cold and ridiculously windy. Set PR, pretty stoked.
Just did 3.6 at the office. It's a little warm.
No kidding. I've been boosting my miles of late - 5.8-9 mile runs, getting ready for July RNG. Freakin' Oklahoma hot, running at 3PM most of the time....
Gained 14 pounds since starting this job. Priority #1 for me is dropping the weight. It's killing me, especially on hills.

Got a 5k on the Fourth - did a fast 3-miler today. Kinda weird 'cause I've been focusing on long and slow trail runs.
Ate with my buddy yesterday....he started talking about the Bataan Death March Marathon. He was on the fence about it, I said "sign up, I'll do it, too".
The BBQ was good, and I love him like a brother, but I may quit going to lunch with him.
Next time he'll be signing you up for badwater
I've really thought about that one, but getting in requires getting drawn, THEN you get to start training. I'm not sure I'm young enough for all that.
